SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern text message communications sent by Adboost Reach to individuals who have opted in to receive such messages. These terms are required by wireless carriers and apply to all text message programs operated by Adboost Reach.

Adboost Reach operates an SMS marketing program that sends promotional messages, service updates, appointment reminders, and business communications to opted-in subscribers. Messages are sent using an Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) registered number.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Adboost Reach by:

  • Completing and submitting the contact form on our website (adboostreach.net/contact) and checking the SMS consent checkbox
  • Providing your phone number directly to an Adboost Reach representative and verbally consenting to receive text messages
  • Any other method where you expressly provide written or electronic consent

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Adboost Reach at the mobile phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Types of Messages

Once you opt in, you may receive the following types of text messages from Adboost Reach:

  • Marketing and promotional messages about our SMS marketing services
  • Service announcements and updates
  • Responses to your inquiries
  • Follow-up messages related to your interest in our services
  • Program updates or changes to these terms

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement and the nature of your inquiry. You may receive up to 8 messages per month. Promotional campaigns may send additional messages during active campaign periods. You will never receive messages from Adboost Reach unless you have explicitly opted in.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Text messages sent to or from Adboost Reach may count against your wireless plan's message allotment or incur additional charges. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your plan and any associated fees.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Adboost Reach at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP: Send the word STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) in reply to any text message you receive from us
  • Email: Send an opt-out request to info@adboostreach.net
  • Phone: Call us at (478) 258-9596 during business hours

After we receive your opt-out request, we will send one final confirmation text message to confirm your unsubscription, and you will receive no further SMS messages from our program. If you opt out and then later wish to receive messages again, you will need to opt in again through our website or by contacting us.

Adboost Reach's SMS messaging is registered under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) regulations. Our messages are sent from a registered business number with an approved use-case campaign designation. This registration ensures our messages are compliant with federal law and carrier requirements.

Privacy

Your phone number and any information you provide will be used solely for the purposes described in these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy. TCPA Compliance

Adboost Reach is committed to full compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable state and federal marketing laws.
